Pride in London 2019

What fifty years ago started as a riot, now is a colourful festival with proud people dancing, drumming, singing, skating, and even making proposals to their loved ones. Let’s hope that with time more and more countries will have events like this: with sponsors lining up to show their support; music and laughter flooding the streets until the end of the day; and people shopping for glitter and unicorns, not for weapons to protect themselves in the following fight.
